Course Description

This course was designed to develop essential personal and social skills to facilitate greater selfawareness and a better understanding of others. Participants will gain insights on how Emotional Intelligence supports individual and organisational goals and how it will also facilitate selfmanagement and relationship building.

  2.  Recognise situations demonstrating low and high EQ
  3. Master EQ to identify emotions in yourself and others
