Mastering Training Delivery is designed to build a cadre of confident and professional prospective or existing trainers with the knowledge on how to assess, design, develop, evaluate and deliver high-impact, interactive training and learning interventions using up-to-date training techniques/methodologies that will facilitate easy transfer of learning. Participants will also be equipped with the knowledge and the techniques which will adequately prepare them for dual modalities.
