Course Description
Human resource management as a discipline and practice has experienced an evolutionary change in its role, status and influence. HR has moved away from the transactional, paper-pushing, hiring/firing support function and now plays major roles such as strategic business partner whilst impacting on the bottom-line of many organisations. The course provides participants with the management competencies to forecast and strategically organise human resources within the context of change.
