This course provides skills in identifying options, conducting research, weighing options, and making rational decisions based on facts and good judgment. You will learn to apply various models and techniques to enhance the creativity of teams in solving problems and implementing decisions; you will be taught processes to work through which can take much of the anxiety out of problem-solving and make decision-making easier; and you will learn how to apply systematic decision-making processes in order to reduce risk and choose the best course of action for the project, team, the organization, and you.
