This course outlines the key principles, objectives and strategies of the Service Excellence Policy. It is intended to support public sector organizations with implementing the policy and provide participants with a working knowledge of the ethos, practices and “how to” of service excellence delivery. Delivered online, the course is practical and interactive and allows participants to measure their learning as they progress.
