The Programme seeks to provide
participants with a comprehensive overview of Human Resource Management,
through a combination of courses that emphasize the most current knowledge in
the profession. It seeks to develop the competencies that will enable the
successful management of mainstream human resource functions within a
fast-paced dynamic and diverse work environment, while at the same time
establishing a culture of empowerment and quality.
