The Executive Administrative Management (EAM) level 3 is the third of the four-level Diploma in Administrative Management programme. The course provides advanced training and continued development of Executive Secretaries 1 - 3 and Administrative Assistants level 2 specifically for the purpose of providing high standards of administrative management services and support to Ministers of Government, Permanent Secretaries and other Senior Officers in the public sector, and Senior Executives and heads of departments in the private sector. Upon completion of this course, the administrative professional will be able to contribute to the development of critical organizational documents, including reports, cabinet submissions, provide critical support to the organizations' public relations and human resource function. Higher level technical skills gleaned at this stage include knowledge of Government Accounting, Business and Conversational Spanish.

Course Description

The Fundamentals of Project Management course was designed to provide a summary of the principles and practices of project management based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). It seeks to enable practitioners to understand project design and successfully implement the appropriate level projects. 

The aim of the course is to equip individuals who are involved with the design, implementation and management of projects to execute their functions effectively based on globally accepted best practices. The participants will also be able to apply the principles and practices of project management to determine the feasibility of projects, prepare and implement project management plans and undertake the relevant monitoring and oversight functions.
