Strategic and Corporate Planning (36 hours)
Strategic and corporate planning helps to define the direction of an organization; it sets out the actions required to establish realistic objectives and goals that are in line with the vision and mission of an organization. This intervention aims to equip the participants with an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices of setting specific, measurable, and achievable goals within a realistic time frame, and create a step-by-step action plan that works.
The participants will be exposed to strategies used to establish and maintain critical fiscal policies; monitor planning and procedural systems that will guarantee accurate, ongoing evaluation, analysis, and ultimately the successful attainment of pre-determined goals and objectives of the JDF.
