This course is designed to provide participants with a general understanding of the management environment. In this course, participants will be introduced to the principles, theories and guiding thoughts contributing to the practice of management in organisations as well as develop a general understanding of the macro-economic environment and its implications for management. In addition to providing participants with the philosophical underpinnings of ethics, participants will also be equipped with the knowledge and skills to implement and manage change, and improve business processes and business facilitation within their organisations.
