This course seeks to develop a cadre of qualified industrial relations practitioners by providing exposure to both the theoretical and practical aspects of industrial relations. On completion of the course participants will be expected to demonstrate sound understanding of labour laws and industrial relations practices including conflict management, other forms of dispute resolution, and skill-sets for collective bargaining.
