Course Overview

The course is designed to enable Human Resource and Organisational Development (OD) practitioners to acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities required to identify organizational and individual capability requirements. This will facilitate and improve participants’ ability to spearhead the alignment of strategy, people and processes in order to optimize effectiveness and achieve the various goals associated with the Government of Jamaica’s overall Public Sector Transformation and Modernization Programme (PSTM). It will also provide insight and leadership on change management strategy, planning and implementation, exploring the principles of organizational theory and design as well as the application of said theory and ultimately experiential learning.
