General Objectives

This module will help participants to:

·         Understand the operation of government

·         Appreciate the roles and functions of different government institutions

·         Distinguish between the role of the different accountable officers in government

·         Understand the Human Resource function of GOJ

·         Understand the roles and purposes of Local Authorities in government
