Course Description

This course explains the fieldwork process to the participants. It examines the standards governing audit fieldwork, gathering of information, good work paper practices (including cross-referencing), development of audit findings, and how these intersect with the audit report writing process.

This 42 hours, 3 credit course prepares graduates to be competent in conducting audit fieldwork exercises and engaging in the audit reporting process. The modules provide practical and applicable principles and learning experiences that will allow them to seamlessly implement their new knowledge and skills to enhance their efficiency on the job.
